    [betting]WORLD TOUR FINALS OUTRIGHT
Djokovic unsurprisingly remains the clear favourite for the ATP World Tour Finals title, while Wawrinka, who just needs to win a set tonight to qualify, is hefty price along with Nishikori.

    BERDYCH ON TODAY'S MATCH:
He deserved to win, there is no question about it. He has been fighting to be number one this week and it is extremely tough to play him. The season was solid for me, another year in the top eight, but the last week of the season was terrible! I take every year as a new challenge and I will try to push myself as close as possible to my limits next year.

    11/14/2014 3:51:17 PM
BERDYCH ON THE COURT HERE AT THE O2:
I found the court very hard, very challenging. It does not allow you any mistakes. I think it is very slow. For us who try to hit the serve and play aggressive, it is difficult.

    11/14/2014 3:53:04 PM
    QUALIFICATION SCENARIOS:
So, Mr Djokovic has topped the group and will play Kei Nishikori in the semi-finals tomorrow. Who will play Roger Federer? If Stan Wawrinka beats Marin Cilic tonight or at least wins a set, it will be him.

If he loses in two, he might still qualify, but it will come down to % of games won, I am going out on a limb (!) and saying Stan will be pretty unhappy if he fails to qualify from this position!
    11/14/2014 3:59:06 PM
    SIMPLY THE BEST
    11/14/2014 4:02:10 PM
    DOUBLES UPDATE:
The second set is going with serve at the moment and the top-seeded Bryan brothers have just held to lead 5-4. Messrs Peya and Soares will have to serve to stay in the match!
    11/14/2014 7:18:14 PM
Both duos hold serve again and it is 6-5 to Bryan and Bryan. Another tie-break could be on the cards!
    11/14/2014 7:24:43 PM
[tie-break]Peya and Soares hold, so we will indeed have another tie-break.
    11/14/2014 7:28:22 PM
Very good play from the Bryans in this tie-break so far and they have four match points at 6-2 ...
    11/14/2014 7:32:25 PM
    BRYAN BROTHERS WIN!
It was a competitive match but the top seeds really turned it on in the tie-breaks! So, Bob and Mike Bryan have beaten Alexander Peya and Bruno Soares 7-6 (7-3) 7-6 (7-2) and they are safely through to the semi-finals, where they will face Benneteau and Roger-Vasselin.[game-set-match]
    11/14/2014 7:35:34 PM
    DOUBLES SEMI-FINAL LINE-UP:
Benneteau and Roger-Vasselin will take on Bryan and Bryan at 6pm tomorrrow. The first semi will see Kubot/Lindstedt take on Dodig/Melo at noon.

    S WAWRINKA 6-3 2-2 M CILIC*
A couple of trademark backhands into the corner there from Wawrinka and he wins both points, one with a delightfully delicate half-volley drop-shot as he moves forward to the net. An ace down the middle puts the icing on the cake in that game.
    11/14/2014 9:02:50 PM
    S WAWRINKA* 6-3 2-3 M CILIC
Cilic messes up a forehand volley early in the game but he is a man who learns from his mistakes and puts a backhand volley away in fine style, then bludgeons away a forehand winner and a backhand pass. I do not want to jinx him but Cilic is playing far better than in his first two matches. Top man!
    11/14/2014 9:05:55 PM
He cannot reach the semis ... but Marin Cilic is fighting hard

    11/14/2014 9:07:14 PM
    S WAWRINKA 6-3 3-3 M CILIC*
Wawrinka numbers a stunning forehand plus third and fourth aces of the match among his sixth game second set collection, and that little lot is more than good enough to level up.
    11/14/2014 9:10:09 PM
    S WAWRINKA* 6-3 3-4 M CILIC
No probems holding for Cilic despite one sizzling Wawrinka return. An ace seals the game and both players now have four of those on the night.
    11/14/2014 9:12:34 PM
    S WAWRINKA 6-3 4-4 M CILIC*
Wawrinka comes up with another nice pick-up and Cilic, well out of court, cannot get there.  A blazing backhand Cilic return flies just wide and, helped by another ace, Wawrinka holds again.
    11/14/2014 9:16:18 PM
    S WAWRINKA* 6-3 4-5 M CILIC
Cilic is confronted with a really tricky volley and it is not a surprise when it flies long.  A thunderous ace gets him firmly back on track and he holds again after making amends for a rather lame smash with a neat forehand volley.
    11/14/2014 9:18:34 PM
    S WAWRINKA 6-3 4-6 M CILIC*
Cilic levels! Wawrinka is serving to stay in the set and finds himself 0-30 down after he can't do much with a tremendous Cilic return. A Wawrinka forehand then flies wide and it is three set points to Cilic! He only needs one as a Wawrinka forehand goes long. Clenched fist from Cilic - well done that man![set]
    11/14/2014 9:22:11 PM
Marin Cilic has given the crowd the third set they were hoping for!

    11/14/2014 9:24:03 PM
    S WAWRINKA* 6-3 4-6 0-1 M CILIC
Wayward forehand long from Cilic and he then does the same with a backhand to hand Wawrinka a pair of break points. It is better to give than receive though and Wawrinka responds in kind with a forehand error before hitting a return into the net off a rocket serve. A lame lob and a big first serve later and Cilic has held again. We are into a rare deciding set this week and it could be a corker!
    11/14/2014 9:27:54 PM
    S WAWRINKA 6-3 4-6 0-2 M CILIC*
Cilic breaks! Cracking forehand to start the game from Cilic, who is playing a little more like the man who won the US Open in this encounter. Wawrinka then throws in a double-fault to go 15-40 down but a fine backhand saves break point number one. He nets a forehand on the next point though and it is four games in a row for Cilic, who has seized the advantage in set three.[break]
    11/14/2014 9:32:50 PM
    S WAWRINKA* 6-3 4-6 1-2 M CILIC
Wawrinka responds! Cilic arcs his back to put away a smash for 30-15 and a poor backhand return from Wawrinka follows but he gets to deuce when Cilic double faults. Cilic mutters to himself in anger after netting but the pep talk does not work the oracle and he crushes a forehand wide. We are back on serve![break]
    11/14/2014 9:37:44 PM
    S WAWRINKA 6-3 4-6 2-2 M CILIC*
Cilic is undoing his good work here and he whacks an easy smash into the net. Wawrinka remains a little inconsistent though and suddenly finds himself at deuce when Cilic produces a superlative lob. The Croatian then finds the line with a brilliant backhand return to save another game point but Wawrinka rouses himself and holds with two massive serves.
    11/14/2014 9:43:34 PM
    S WAWRINKA* 6-3 4-6 2-3 M CILIC
Cilic right back on track in that game. Two forehand winners flirt with the lines but both are good and he holds to love, to edge back in front.
    11/14/2014 9:45:28 PM
    S WAWRINKA 6-3 4-6 3-3 M CILIC*
Some good hitting from Wawrinka in that game and he reaches 40-15 when brave Cilic defence ends with an errant lob. Cilic then nets a return and we have quite a game on our hands here!
    11/14/2014 9:49:19 PM
    S WAWRINKA* 6-3 4-6 4-3 M CILIC
Wawrinka back on top! Cilic serves his seventh ace of the match but it is followed by a third double-fault. Wawrinka gets a shot on the next point, only to send a forehand long but he gets to deuce on a Cilic error and the Croatian then puts an approach shot long. Break point - and a Cilic backhand sails long! He will be very disappointed with that game.[break]
    11/14/2014 9:54:20 PM
    S WAWRINKA 6-3 4-6 5-3 M CILIC*
Wawrinka joins Cilic on the seven ace mark, Cilic nets a laboured forehand and Wawrinka then cinches the game to love with a masterfully dismissive forehand winner. He is one game from victory!
    11/14/2014 9:56:48 PM
    S WAWRINKA 6-3 4-6 5-3 M CILIC*
Wawrinka right back on song and a backhand finds the corner of the court after clipping the net-cord. Cilic errs on the backhand and it is match point ...
    11/14/2014 9:59:03 PM
... first one saved by a mighty backhand from Cilic!
    11/14/2014 9:59:41 PM
    GOOD AFTERNOON TENNIS FANS!
It's semi-finals day at the O2, Boom! The first doubles semi is up and running, more on which coming up. Then it's the first singles semi - Novak Djokovic v Kei Nishikori. Can anyone stop Djokovic this week? Of course they can! It's sport isn't - anything can happen. I'll be bringing you detailed commentary on the singles and will keep you up to date with the doubles too, Great service eh? Da dum, tish!
    11/15/2014 12:44:05 PM
    KUBOT/LINDSTEDT 4-4 DODIG/MELO
The first doubles semi is going with serve and it's a ding-dong battle between two pairs who were not expected to get this far. Lukasz Kubot and Rob Lindstedt up against Ivan Dodig and Marcelo Melo. Now I don't know about you, but  I love doubles. It's usually, actually, where the most entertaining tennis of any tournament is played. This one is tight - and it's a cracker, every game is tight. It's live on Sky Sports 3 if you want to check it out.
    11/15/2014 12:49:23 PM
    KUBOT/LINDSTEDT 6-4 DODIG/MELO
First set to the Pole Kubot and his Swedish partner Lindstedt.
    11/15/2014 12:55:05 PM
    DJOKOVIC v NISHIKORI
Right, let's think deep thoughts about the first singles semi. Djokovic - confirmed as the year-ending world No 1 yesterday - against Nishikori. Djokovic, aiming to win this tournament for the third straight year, and he would become the first since Lendl back in 1985-87 to do it, up against a man who qualified for the first time this year. On paper, it's Djokovic every time isn't? I say no sir! Guess what. Djokovic does not have a winning record a Nishikori. It's two apiece in four meetings. Nishikori remember, dumped him out of the US Open this year. Yes, Djokovic did him in the Paris semis, a couple of weeks ago, but the Japanese star KNOWS how to beat the world No 1....
    11/15/2014 1:01:42 PM

    11/15/2014 1:02:42 PM
HOW DO YO U BEAT DJOKOVIC?
So I have the great man, Leif Shiras with me and I ask him this. You are Michael Chang (Nishikori's coach) - what are your final words before you send your man out to play Novak...?
    11/15/2014 1:19:29 PM
    DJOKOVIC 6-1 1-1 NISHIKORI*
NISHIKORI BREAKS! Hang on while I delete my last post.....damn it, stupid thing won't let me. Well, it's incredible, but Nish battled away there, picked up a couple of cheap points from Djoko errors - and it was errors rather than brilliance from his opponent that let Djokovic down. To complete a rather farcical game, Djoko double faults. Game on?

    DJOKOVIC v NISHIKORI ODDS

    11/15/2014 2:50:39 PM
    *DJOKOVIC 6-1 1-2 NISHIKORI
And what's this? What's this?! An EASY hold for Nishikori, his first of the match. You know what, he's had a little bit of luck and he definitely needed it - a net cord fell for him there, Djokovic was a fraction long or wide a couple of times - but for the first time in the match Nish has little bit of momentum...
    11/15/2014 2:51:33 PM
    DJOKOVIC 6-1 2-2 NISHIKORI*
Yep, ok, enough of this, Djokovic seems to be saying there. He holds to love in brutal fashion. He looks a little bit cross for some reason - think someone said something in the crowd he didn't like.
    11/15/2014 2:53:58 PM

The story of the match so far - poor old Nish chasing lost causes....

    11/15/2014 2:55:18 PM
    *DJOKOVIC 6-1 2-3 NISHIKORI
Massive hold for Nish there! At 30-30 you could just see the game slipping away from him but he bullets a forehand winner to set up game point and sees it out from there. Big, big game that for the Japanese and one which should fill him with confidence. Tell you what , I'm going to say it - GAME ON!
