[crystalpalace] PULIS ON PALACEIt's a club in the Premier League, it's a smashing club with great history. It's going to be a tough job and I am not coming here with any illusions that it will be anything but tough. You look at how far this club has come in a few years - it's remarkable. It's an opportunity and chance to do something Palace hasn't done - get promoted and then stay in the Premier League.11/25/2013 4:08:16 PM

If you are hiring a manager for two or three years you have to get it right.
