Aleksandar Kolarov has raised the temperature ahead of Monday's Manchester derby by claiming City are a better side than United, before conceding that the Red Devils deserve to land the Premier League title.
They are confident in this moment and it will be a different game but - if we play like we know, if we are all at 100 per cent - I think we are better than them.

Elsewhere in the Premier League, Steve Bould has revealed that Jack Wilshere and Theo Walcott could return to action for Arsenal for their fixture with Norwich next Saturday.

There is also good news for Swansea player Neil Taylor. Michael Laudrup says the full-back is close to making a first-team return after being out of action since September. Taylor broke and dislocated his ankle in a challenge with Sunderland's Craig Gardner but despite being expected to miss the rest of the season, the 24-year-old could return before the summer.
Physically he is quite close to being back. He has trained with us for some weeks, but we all know match fitness is a different level and only by coming back will he get that.

Being the age the manager is and not having any real coaching experience, being his first job, I think it's always a risk, but somebody has got to take that risk for someone to do well. Hopefully the risk in appointing him will be good for the club.

Paul Lambert has played down speculation surrounding the future of Aston Villa star man Christian Benteke.
We gave Christian the opportunity to go and perform and he has been excellent with the way he has performed and led the line. He has been excellent for us. What is he worth now? You'd have to have quite a lot of money to try and get him. In the modern day market, it can be whatever it wants.

[dominiccork] Corky's also been having his say on England's provisional 30-man squad for the ICC Champions Trophy - and he reckons the selectors have made a mistake by overlooking Matt Prior.
England have the likes of Jos Buttler and Jonny Bairstow in that squad who can perform the wicket-keeping duties but I would have liked to have seen Prior in there. Prior is a senior batsman and I think England have missed an opportunity.

Joe Allen says he has a lot more to show Liverpool fans ahead of his return to full fitness. The 23-year-old, who joined the club from Swansea in August 2012, has suffered from a shoulder injury for much of 2013 which has now been operated on.
It's no secret that recent months haven't gone great for me. I am confident and faithful that next season I can perform a lot better. Unfortunately this season's a write-off in regards to the injury but the plan is, and I've got a bit of time, to make sure it's right over the summer break in time for pre-season.
