  • OVER 11: LANCASHIRE 86-3 (HORTON 12, BUTTLER 2)
[wicket]Brown (11) charges forward and powers one back down the wicket, but Rashid reacts brilliantly to take a great caught and bowled chance! Yorkshire right back in this now after the storming start by Smith. Jos Buttler is the new man in.
    6/6/2014 6:09:32 PM
  • OVER 12: LANCASHIRE 101-3 (HORTON 20, BUTTLER 9)
[6]Horton gets away with one as his thick inside edge falls just short of Pyrah at deep midwicket. He responds by dispatching Rafiq to the boundary and Buttler then swipes the spinner way over midwicket and into the stands for a huge six.
    6/6/2014 6:13:56 PM
  • SOMERSET v GLAMORGAN
[wicket]Graham Wagg has taken the prize scalps of Marcus Trecothick (4) and Craig Kieswetter (1) as Somerset have made a poor start to their chase at Taunton. They currently sit on 17-2 chasing 177.
    6/6/2014 6:16:03 PM

  • OVER 14: LANCASHIRE 114-3 (HORTON 29, BUTTLER 14)
Another over passes without a boundary, with Pyrah the bowler this time. Horton and Buttler do keep things ticking over and five singles and a two make it seven from the over.
    6/6/2014 6:21:00 PM
  • OVER 15: LANCASHIRE 123-3 (HORTON 34, BUTTLER 15)
Bresnan comes back into the attack and sends down two wides. Despite that he is still on course for a decent over until Horton pulls his slower-ball bouncer away to the ropes for four runs.
    6/6/2014 6:25:05 PM
  • OVER 16: LANCASHIRE 132-3 (HORTON 39, BUTTLER 19)
Oliver Robinson is brought on and sees his full toss guided away to the boundary by Horton. A couple of good yorkers follow and then he forces Buttler to mis-time an attempted drive for six... but Yorkshire cannot find a man to take the catch despite the ball being in the air for an eternity.

    6/6/2014 6:33:16 PM
  • OVER 17: LANCASHIRE 146-4 (HORTON 48, CROFT 1)
[wicket]Buttler tries to smash another one down the ground off the bowling of Bresnan but this time it arrows straight into the hands of Lyth. But the good work is undone somewhat when the last three balls of the over go for 12 runs, with Horton hitting two boundaries and also being responsible for four leg byes.
    6/6/2014 6:35:44 PM
  • LEICESTERSHIRE v WORCESTERSHIRE
Worcestershire have made a good start to their chase against Leicestershire. The top four batsmen in their order have all put in solid knocks of 20 or more to move their side to 107-2 in the 12th over with a target of 165 to chase.

    6/6/2014 6:38:18 PM
  • OVER 19: LANCASHIRE 171-4 (HORTON 54, CROFT 20)
Brooks gift Croft a boundary down the leg side with an ugly full toss and the singles and twos continue to flow for the following four balls. Another bad full toss is produced on the final ball and Croft again flicks it through leg side, this time for six!
    6/6/2014 6:42:18 PM
  • OVER 20: LANCASHIRE 179-6 (CROFT 21, CLARK 1)
[wicket]Robinson is given the final over and sees Horton edge his second ball past Bairstow for four. The batsman also gets an outside edge on the next ball, but this time it clatters into his own stumps and he is bowled for 60. Robinson keeps it tight for the rest of the over, also bowling Jordan Clark with the last ball of the innings as the new batsman attempted a ramp shot.

  • YORKSHIRE NEED 180 TO WIN
[end-of-innings]So Lancashire post a very competitive total after an incredibly fast start from Tom Smith and a fine knock from Paul Horton. They are probably the marginal favourites at the halfway point but with Aaron Finch firing the target is well within reach for the visitors.
    6/6/2014 6:48:55 PM

  • OVER 1: YORKSHIRE 3-1 (FINCH 1, LEES 0)
[wicket]There is a big shout first ball as Kabir Ali raps Andrew Gale on the pads, but it is turned down. Gale then gets off the mark after almost sending an inside edge onto his stumps to bring Finch on strike. He gets off the mark with a single and Ali then ends a fine first over by clattering the ball into the stumps of Gale (1).
    6/6/2014 7:04:24 PM
  • OVER 2: YORKSHIRE 10-1 (FINCH 6, LEES 0)
