Show some respect. A fellow transfer blogger is fasting. Sheesh...
    7/15/2014 11:45:19 AM
True. That's the end of the food chat. Our belly is rumbling too.
    7/15/2014 11:45:35 AM
Listening to Morrissey's new album and relishing the return of the blog. Happy days at work are back!
    7/15/2014 11:46:59 AM
Fair play to Ashley Cole, I hate him a little bit less now.
    7/15/2014 11:47:01 AM

Looks like Janmaat has signed for Newcastle then pbs.twimg.com

    7/15/2014 11:47:03 AM
There is something fishy going on here.. United not wanting to spend an extra few quid and pay 34mill for one of the best centre mids on the planet does not sound like the same United that spent 27mill on one of the worst centre mids on the planet. I sense a Herrera being pulled here. Off in the morning, confirmed in the afternoon.
    7/15/2014 11:47:17 AM
Very different penis story in mediawatch today, equally as disturbing as the normal penis stories mind.
    7/15/2014 11:47:26 AM
A FOREST DONE DEALIO - Roger Riera confirms he is leaving Barcelona for Nottingham Forest. Was out-of-contract with the Catalan giants having played for their B team.
    7/15/2014 11:50:09 AM
Is that really what a Premier League club training complex looks like.....
    7/15/2014 11:50:30 AM
Maybe United know that if they delay the Vidal transfer for a few weeks, they can bag him for £4m more? Maybe it's a tax thing, I dunno
    7/15/2014 11:51:03 AM
Now Arsenal have got Sanchez, I presume they're no longer interested in Draxler. Does anyone reckon he's on for a move to the Premier League, and if so where.
    7/15/2014 11:51:07 AM
More Nottingham Forest news, with Sky Sports reporting that they have made a bid for Middlesbrough's Albert Adomah.

He played in the World Cup
    7/15/2014 11:52:38 AM
Draxler confirmed a while back that he will be staying at Schalke for one more season at least. So we can enjoy his saga next Summer...
    7/15/2014 11:52:40 AM
Callum Paterson has become the latest Hearts starlet to extend his stay on Tynecastle after agreeing a new three-year contract with the club.
    7/15/2014 3:00:36 PM
That must be quite upsetting for Wisdom, like the unwanted son
    7/15/2014 3:00:38 PM
I'm on the fence about Jenko. He is a true Gunner but he's a bit meh. I don't think he's ready to step up to it yet. Maybe a loan spell would do him some good and Manquillo can replace him as back up for now.
    7/15/2014 3:01:20 PM
The Daily Telegraph are claiming that Norwich have rejected Southampton and Stoke City bids for Nathan Redmond.

They are holding out for £6million.
    7/15/2014 3:02:53 PM
Rumour has it that Ross Barkley is causing a not insignificant stirring in Newcastle's loins.
    7/15/2014 3:03:05 PM
The Daily Star have definitely been following the Blog today, they are now "reporting" that Barcelona are planning to steal Hummels from United www.dailystar.co.uk
    7/15/2014 3:09:45 PM
Sky just reported Moreno deal for Liverpool is off, again.
    7/15/2014 3:09:48 PM
Redmond is definitely worth a gamble at £6m, if Stoke get him they will be very quietly assembling a pretty decent team. Top 8 finish, perhaps?
    7/15/2014 3:09:50 PM
It looks like Jenks is off to Newcastle, especially with the interest in Calum Chambers also.

Or else it's just an imaginary orderly queue of fresh faced right backs.
    7/15/2014 3:09:55 PM
Rodgers and Wisdom in the same sentence...must resist urge to use sarcasm
    7/15/2014 3:10:04 PM
Stoke can assemble a good a team as they like... I can't see them changing Mark Hughes quite frankly excellent record though.
    7/15/2014 3:12:41 PM
Moreno deal is off due to the fact they realised they have been tricked into having Aspas for a season long loan
    7/15/2014 3:12:43 PM
Fans going mental meanwhile United advertising a be the 5 millionth visitor to the museum scheme. Brilliant.
    7/15/2014 3:12:51 PM
    Good ol' footyball, eh?
    7/15/2014 3:13:02 PM
Don't see why Newcastle would get Jenkinson after just signing Janmaat. Campbell makes far more sense
    7/15/2014 3:13:45 PM
Who do you think the 1st manager to be sacked will be ? My money is on Lambert with Keane to take over ?
    7/15/2014 3:13:47 PM
I have just found out the blog works on the iPhone now!! HUZZAH! HUZZAH!
    7/15/2014 3:14:18 PM
Lambert close, for sure. Alan Irvine and Garry Monk of the newly-appointed, surely.
    7/15/2014 3:14:42 PM
After the recent debacle surrounding the whole James / Hamez name thing, can we change somebody elses name?
    7/15/2014 3:18:03 PM
If the transfer window ended now, I'd go with the final table of: 1- Chelsea, 2- City, 3- Liverpool, 4- Arsenal, 5- United, 6- Everton, 7- Spurs.
    7/15/2014 3:18:14 PM
Really don't understand the Irvine and Monk appointments ? I think Koeman will be good for the Saints, a steady hand while there is a lot of changes to the squad.
    7/15/2014 3:18:20 PM
Benfica have confirmed the sale of Lazar Markovic to Liverpool for £19m!!! cant wait to see him play such a huge talent and the guy is Rapid..
    7/15/2014 3:21:10 PM
wait.. who the hell is Alan Irvine?
    7/15/2014 3:21:20 PM
Looking at Koeman's previous record he seems to like having a bit of a meltdown after a short while
    7/15/2014 3:21:27 PM

God he was good back then.

    7/15/2014 3:21:45 PM
Roy Keane getting a managerial job after after Ipswich 3 years ago would be some kind of criminal.
    7/15/2014 3:22:07 PM
Brentford have taken former Cardiff City player Tommy Smith on a trial
    7/15/2014 3:24:53 PM
Is it bad that I had to Google who Garry Monk is?
    7/15/2014 3:24:57 PM
Can we add David Moyes to that poll? Sure, he's not got a job yet, but I have the utmost faith in his ability to cock it up, once he does.
    7/15/2014 3:25:15 PM
Sunderland and Real Betis are reportedly in advanced talks over the transfer of Alfred N'Diaye.
