The F365 Transfer Blog - Tuesday July 22

  • Already reported Bob. We're ahead of the curve
    7/22/2014 1:52:12 PM
  • Ah this reminds me of my days working for a popular sports store on the footwear department... 'Hi do you sell these but in black and with red stripes?' ..'Why yes, we just hide them away until people ask for them, that way we sell more'
    7/22/2014 1:52:24 PM
  • I just wanted to have a moan about that goal he gave away
    7/22/2014 1:52:40 PM
  • Fair
    7/22/2014 1:52:44 PM
  • of course you wouldn't hold back on us F365. You would want to be the first to tell us anyway
    7/22/2014 1:52:47 PM
  • Exactly. We're all about the fame.
    7/22/2014 1:52:58 PM
  • Daily mail (Again): Ron Vlaar to replace Lovren.
    7/22/2014 1:53:41 PM
  • Luton have signed Mark Onyemah and Charlie Walker on free transfers following successful trials with the club.
    7/22/2014 1:53:59 PM
  • Suarez / Osvaldo gone & no one taking a punt on Ballotelli, the league is in desperate need of a lunatic. Who will step up? Zarate is most obvious with Riviere showing slight promise
    7/22/2014 1:56:08 PM
  • Need to expand my twitter stalking to other, possibly more reputable papers.
    7/22/2014 1:56:14 PM
  • Can we have some love for Jonny Williams signing for Ipswich Town on loan from Palace?
    7/22/2014 1:56:15 PM
  • Anyone know if Johnny Williams is any good. I know Mick said Ipswich have no money for transfers so its loans or frees. Hope Johnny cuts the mustard
    7/22/2014 1:57:54 PM
  • Reports from the Daily Express - PREMIER LEAGUE rivals Chelsea and Manchester United have both been given a massive boost in the chase to sign Juventus duo Paul Pogba and Arturo Vidal as the Italian giants are already searching for replacements.
    7/22/2014 1:58:02 PM
  • What is this window's Lallana to Dortmund?
    7/22/2014 2:00:40 PM
  • It's WAY too early for that.
    7/22/2014 2:00:51 PM
  • Have to wait for more desperation
    7/22/2014 2:00:58 PM
  • Isn't Jonny Williams known as Joniesta to the Palace fans?
    7/22/2014 2:01:01 PM
  • Judging by the season Lallana had, Dortmund were on to something...
    7/22/2014 2:02:10 PM
  • Looking through the 'all the moves' page, I'm struggling to find a transfer more likely to fail than Joe Cole to Villa. What are they thinking!?
    7/22/2014 2:07:41 PM
  • It's all gone a bit quiet on the big domestic transfer front. We all seem to be waiting for something (anything) exciting to happen. United are supposedly close to doing some business, but no one quite knows what. They are tantalising us with Big Wood's departure from tour and quotes about big budgets and busy summers, but no signs of any action. Roll on Deadline Day.
    7/22/2014 2:07:50 PM
  • Vorm agrees 3 year deal with Spurs annndddd Gylfi straight swap for Davies
    7/22/2014 2:08:04 PM
  • Now it's official, Dunga is being unveiled as new Selecao's coach
    7/22/2014 2:08:10 PM
  • Two pieces of actual news there.
    7/22/2014 2:08:17 PM
  • Gylfi straight swap for Davies????? Is there no cash involved in that transfer?
    7/22/2014 2:09:45 PM
  • The other mailbox chap put Di Natale in his one club XI. Unless Wikipedia is dreadfully wrong (not beyond possibility) - Di Natale played for Empoli for 8 years.
    7/22/2014 2:09:50 PM
  • It's a very fair point. You win.
    7/22/2014 2:10:00 PM
  • A straight swap deal? The football equivalent of... something really rare.
    7/22/2014 2:10:02 PM
  • Dunga announced, then.
    7/22/2014 2:10:29 PM
  • Some grade 'A' bs also doing the rounds that City want Wilshere....for 40m...
    7/22/2014 2:11:30 PM
  • Kenwyne Jones & Peter Odemwingie straight swapped didn't they, that worked well for Cardiff, relegated and stuck with Kenwyne Jones!!
    7/22/2014 2:11:40 PM
  • I think we might have our first ever straight swap deal! That's like a golden ticket in terms of transfer blog bingo....
    7/22/2014 2:11:44 PM
  • City do not want Wilshere, I have no insight on this transfer what so ever I just know they do not want Wilshere.
    7/22/2014 2:14:17 PM
  • If you think theres a golden ticket in Bingo you dont know the rules.
    7/22/2014 2:14:23 PM

    7/22/2014 2:16:37 PM
  • I've been playing the Willy Wonka edition....
    7/22/2014 2:16:45 PM
  • Spurs were supposed to buy Davies for Ten million. Swansea were supposed to sign Gylfi for the same price so it made sense. What doesn't make sense is how Sigurdsons price has gone up since he joined Spurs. How does Levy do it.
    7/22/2014 2:16:55 PM
  • No QPR in poll?
    7/22/2014 2:16:56 PM
  • Other
    7/22/2014 2:17:01 PM
  • Can the blog have the links set up to open in new tabs/windows?
    7/22/2014 2:18:07 PM
  • No idea. Just right click and open in new tab?
    7/22/2014 2:18:19 PM
  • I don't like Other, I want them to go down.
    7/22/2014 2:18:23 PM
  • @Orikoru. I concede defeat. Though I'd like to point out that Casillas may not maintain his status after this window and Totti/Messi/Iniesta could still possibly switch. I've gone for retired players mind
    7/22/2014 2:18:35 PM
  • Former Russia manager Dick Advocaat has been named the new coach of Serbia.
