    12/20/2013 2:48:11 PM
  • [manchesterunited] Manchester United winger Nani will miss Saturday's encounter against West Ham at Old Trafford. The Portugal international has been ruled out with a hamstring injury and joins Robin van Persie (thigh) and Michael Carrick (Achilles) on the sidelines. We have always been looking for that key important game and now it's this one. We keep dreaming about when it's going to happen and I would like to say after this game that it is the turning point in our season.

Mark Hughes has been praised for introducing more of a passing style this season, but they are still as difficult to defeat on their own turf as ever, having lost only one of their eight home league games this season.
Mark took over from a really successful manager in Tony and he's added one or two of his own type. But no matter what type of football Stoke are playing, it's a tough place to go.

The Gunners remain top of the table but their lead is down to two points following last Saturday's 6-3 hammering at Manchester City, while they were also beaten by Napoli in the UEFA Champions League last week.
It can happen in a season when sometimes you have a bit of a weaker period. How you respond to this kind of problem is what matters.

  • Rob Green says Harry Redknapp has united the QPR squad

    12/20/2013 6:41:31 PM
  • It’s another game, it’s a chance to pick up three points, but it’s against one of your nearest rivals in the league and you guys are covering it because it’s two teams going well in the run of games that we’ve got in the run of games leading up to Christmas. It’s a busy time and it’s one of the bigger games we’ll have this season, particularly at home so it’s going to be a tough test for us.
[football] QPR goalkeeper Rob Green tells Weekend Warm-up he is relishing the Sky Live clash with Championship rivals Leicester on Saturday
    12/20/2013 6:43:38 PM
  • He’s been great this season, it’s been difficult for him at times with injuries or just how the season’s gone because he’s been up on his own at times but we’ve got a lot of quality in midfield. He’s been up on his own, carrying the line like that for us has been brilliant, to score goals as well, at this level, that’s why the club paid what they paid for him. If you’re looking at a season where you want to get promoted you’re looking at a goal scorer scoring 20 goals a season and hopefully he’s on course for that if he can carry on how he’s going.

He’s shown that if you provide the service to him then he’ll take chances.
QPR goalkeeper Rob Green praises the contribution of striker Charlie Austin on Weekend Warm-up
