  • MAN UTD 3-1 ASTON VILLA [radio]
Take a listen to what the Soccer Saturday boys were saying about David Moyes ahead of this game. You can listen to Soccer Saturday from 3pm on Sky Sports News Radio
    3/29/2014 2:26:35 PM
Villa fans haven't seen a great deal of Tonev lately, but he seems keen to make a name for himself today. The sub's full of direct running and not shy of a shot, although perhaps he should be a little more shy given this latest effort. Never troubling the scorers
    3/29/2014 2:28:27 PM
Clark's the next Villa man in the book for a hack at Fellaini. No complaints there
    3/29/2014 2:30:58 PM
Clark attempts to take his frustration out on the ball this time as he chances his arm from nigh-on 40 yards. Tops it completely which, unfortunately, will only add to his frustration
    3/29/2014 2:33:17 PM
  • [goal]GOAL! MAN UTD 4-1 VILLA (Hernandez)
This is turning out to be a very satisfactory day for David Moyes. Two of his subs combine to add an added-time fourth as Januzaj skins Bacuna and puts a back-post finish on a plate for pal Hernandez. Villa are facing a second 4-1 defeat on the spin now
    3/29/2014 2:33:31 PM
Lowton resorts to foul means to halt Januzaj's latest jaunt down the left. In the book he goes

  • MAN UTD 4-1 VILLA [tonycottee]
Soccer Saturday's Tony Cottee says the scoreline doesn't reflect the performance from Manchester United.
They've not played particularly well, but it's a big three points for United.

  • MAN UTD 4-1 VILLA[full-time]
Handsome win for United, who score four for the first time since the opening weekend. Chosen one? Wrong one? Moyes will take 4-1

  • JAMIE REDKNAPP'S VERDICT [jamieredknapp]
Jamie Redknapp says Manchester United still can't finish in the top four, despite today's fine win, but says David Moyes must keep fighting.
It has been quite interesting in the last few weeks to see how things have panned out for David Moyes. There has been a lot of murmurings from ex players on the way they are playing. He's just got to hang in there.

    3/29/2014 2:49:35 PM
Full coverage coming up from today's 3pm games - and a lot of eyes will be on this one. What would Chris Hughton give for three points today? [norwich]

  • [kick-off]THEY'RE OFF
It's go go go in the Premier League 3pm kick-offs. Chelsea are the only side with title aspirations in this batch of games but relegation fears will be eased and intensified all over the show with Swansea, Norwich, West Brom, Crystal Palace and Cardiff all in action.
    3/29/2014 3:00:22 PM
  • SO'TON 0-0 NEWCASTLE [southampton]
It was broad smiles and meaty handshakes up in the stands as Newcastle owner Mike Ashley welcomed boss Alan Pardew back from his stadium ban. Pardew won't be allowed on the touchline for a few more weeks yet, though. Nothing much to report on the pitch so far, but Southampton are knocking the ball about nicely enough.
    3/29/2014 3:04:09 PM
  • [goal]GOAL! WEST BROM 1-0 CARDIFF (Amalfitano 3')
The Hawthorns erupts as a slack Medel header provides Amalfitano with some space down the right and he tries an outrageous lob towards the far post. He's almost on the touchline and it's an incredible goal - looping over a stunned Marshall for a dramatic opener.
    3/29/2014 3:04:44 PM
A goal of the season contender... you bet your life, says Paul Merson.
You talk about Wayne Rooney. This is better. WHAT A GOAL! [paulmerson]

    3/29/2014 3:04:54 PM
  • [missed-chance]WEST BROM 1-0 CARDIFF
Morrison is left all alone as the ball is lifted over the Cardiff defence. He tries to side-foot the ball into the far corner and Marshall goes some way to atoning for getting lobbed with an acrobatic right-handed parry.
    3/29/2014 3:06:55 PM
  • It's fair to say the Saturday Night Football audience enjoyed the replays of West Brom's opener (although Jamie Carragher seems distracted by something else...)

    3/29/2014 3:06:59 PM
  • [missed-chance]SWANSEA 0-0 NORWICH
Michu catches his first sight of goal and lets fly from 20 yards, but his shot is hurried and scuffed, trickling harmlessly wide.
    3/29/2014 3:08:15 PM
  • SO'TON 0-0 NEWCASTLE [missed-chance]
Open start at St Mary's and here's a chance for Jay Rodriguez, who chases a punt over the top, only to lash into Elliot's side-netting.
    3/29/2014 3:09:50 PM
  • [goal]GOAL! WEST BROM 2-0 CARDIFF (Dorrans 9')
This is all too easy for West Brom and Pepe Mel is applauding enthusiastically on the sidelines. A high ball finds Vydra and his unselfish cushioned knockdown provides Dorrans with a routine tap-in. The Cardiff defence are stood staring at eachother.
    3/29/2014 3:11:19 PM
Jeff Stelling says Cardiff are now in big, big, big trouble
[jeffstelling]Cardiff have lost their last eight away games. They've not lost nine on the bounce away since 1937. But it looks like it's going to happen today.

    3/29/2014 3:11:30 PM
  • C PALACE 0-0 CHELSEA [chelsea]
Glorious sunshine at Selhurst Park and Eden Hazard would do well to blame it for that cross, horribly shanked behind after Luiz picked him out. Chelsea keep the ball alive but Torres, swivelling to meet a loose ball, is thwarted by Dann.
    3/29/2014 3:11:44 PM
  • [missed-chance]STOKE 0-0 HULL
Long whips the ball into the danger zone and Rosenior is there all alone on the edge of the six-yard box. You couldn't ask for a more routine headed chance but he mis-times his leap and nods wastefully over the crossbar. Poor.
    3/29/2014 3:14:08 PM
  • SO'TON 0-0 NEWCASTLE [southampton]
Tim Krul's out injured but Rob Elliot's proving a fine replacement, dropping to his right to claw away a Rodriguez header. Here's another super stop!  Lambert's slipped through and tries a little dink but Elliot's makes himself big and another chance is gone. One-sided.

[betting]Cardiff are out to 8/1 to claim a point at West Brom, while they're 20/1 to somehow win. The Baggies are in control and it's now 1/2 for a first home win for Pepe Mel. Bet in-play here.
    3/29/2014 3:19:24 PM
  • C PALACE 0-0 CHELSEA [missed-chance]
Oh, crucial intervention from Ward because that Azpilicueta ball across goal seemed a sure tap-in for Schurrle. Palace's full-backs having a busy afternoon already.
    3/29/2014 3:20:32 PM
  • WEST BROM 2-0 CARDIFF [westbrom]
Moment of the day so far? It has to be Amalfitano's stunning opener for West Brom against Cardiff
    3/29/2014 3:21:15 PM

Celtic 0-1 Ross County - A goal from De Leeuw stuns the Champions, while in League One Rangers have taken the lead against Arbroath thanks to a goal from Jon Daly
    3/29/2014 3:23:45 PM
  • SO'TON 0-0 NEWCASTLE [southampton]
Only West Brom doing the business in the 3pm kick-offs but how Southampton aren't ahead is beyond me. Lovren has a free header, before Lambert - from a tightish angle - makes Elliot work again. He might want a word with Gouffran, the stopper: he laid the ball right into the striker's path.
    3/29/2014 3:24:03 PM
  • [missed-chance]SWANSEA 0-0 NORWICH
Shelvey's cross is a good one and locates Michu, who is slightly slow to react and can only stretch to stab the ball wide.
    3/29/2014 3:24:15 PM
  • [save]SWANSEA 0-0 NORWICH
Lovely stuff from Swansea. Routledge shows great purpose and drives for goal before exchanging passes with Michu. The Spaniard's lay-off is delicate and allows the winger to poke goalwards, only for Ruddy to tip the ball away from the far corner.
    3/29/2014 3:27:20 PM
  • [missed-chance]STOKE 0-0 HULL
Greedy from Odemwingie. He has several options ahead of him but tries a spectacular from 30 yards. It's poorly struck and off-target.
    3/29/2014 3:28:49 PM
  • C PALACE 0-0 CHELSEA [crystalpalace]
This is the best chance so far! Mariappa prods into Puncheon's path but there's so much pace on his cross it catches Bolasie by surprise; he dithers between volley and stooping header and ends up on his backside, the ball in the side-netting.
    3/29/2014 3:28:49 PM
  • [goal]GOAL! SWANSEA 1-0 NORWICH (De Guzman 29')
The Swans are threatening to leap-frog their visitors in the Premier League table. It's a scrappy build up as the ball ricochets off Michu's back into the path of De Guzman, but his 18-yard left-footed strike is a sweet one. Ruddy is perhaps unsighted but it's a good finish nonetheless.
    3/29/2014 3:30:44 PM
  • A very happy De Guzman, as snapped on the giant screens in the SNF studio.

    3/29/2014 3:31:27 PM
Is it a cross? Is it a shot? It matters little - it's a goal. Mutch cuts inside and appears to be trying to locate Campbell with his delivery... but the ball drifts perfectly into the far side-netting. Foster had no chance and both goalkeepers have been left slightly embarrassed this afternoon now.
    3/29/2014 3:32:23 PM
Did he mean that? Paul Merson isn't having any of it...
That's a cross in my opinion and it has just floated over into the top corner. [paulmerson]

    3/29/2014 3:32:37 PM
Sheffield Wed 0-2 Watford - McGugan opens up a cushion for the visitors, Derby lead Charlton 1-0 thanks to Russell's opener while fellow promotion chasers QPR trail Blackpool by Goodwillie's opener

  • SKY BET ODDS[betting]
Chelsea are not having it all their own way at Palace and we go 33/1 on the hosts to be leading at the break but the Blues to win the match, or 4/1 on Palace to be the first team to score. Bet in-play here.
